Limitations of Service

Tanner Construction Co., Inc. reserves the right to refrain from providing any or all services, when basic project prerequisites or requirements have not been met, or when technical requirements are beyond the scope of our service or installation capabilities.

 Tanner Construction shall not be held liable for personal or property damage, including incidental, special, or consequential damages, expenses, costs, or other liabilities, arising out of, or related to, the services provided by Tanner Construction. You agree to release and hold harmless Tanner Construction from and against any loss, liability, or damage that you or the owner or lessee may suffer.
